Capstead Mortgage Corporation Declares a $0.21 Per Share First Quarter 2017 Common Dividend and a $0.46875 Per Share First Quarter 2017 Series E Preferred Stock Dividend

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Capstead Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: CMO) announced today that it will pay a first quarter 2017 common dividend of $0.21 per common share on April 20, 2017 to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2017.

Capstead’s Board of Directors also declared a first quarter 2017 dividend of $0.46875 per share on the Company’s 7.50% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMOPRE). This dividend is payable on April 17, 2017, to Series E preferred stockholders of record as of March 31, 2017.
