Release or Satisfaction of Mortgage
If you require a release of lien and the mortgage was paid in full to Capstead between January 1993 and September 1999, please fax the following information to our Lien Release Department at 214-874-2398:
- Copy of the title report indicating the release is outstanding
- Legible copy of the first page of the recorded mortgage including the legal description
- Loan number
- Phone number
- Overnight address
Credit Correction
